Flanagan brings a broad perspective shaped by a multifaceted career in real estate and business. She is the Founder and CEO of The Authority Architect, an executive strategic growth advisory through which she works with entrepreneurs, executives, investors, family offices and high-net-worth individuals on strategic positioning, business development, capital relationships and growth. Her network spans residential and commercial real estate, development, investment sales, private equity, venture capital, private lending and executive leadership.
