Former President of Boston Scientific’s Multi-Billion Endoscopy Business to Lead RevMedica’s Next Phase of Clinical Development, Commercialization, and Growth

MIDDLETOWN, Conn., Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — RevMedica, an innovative medical technology company developing intelligent surgical stapling solutions, today announced the appointment of Mike Jones as Chief Executive Officer and a member of its Board of Directors. Jones succeeds RevMedica founder Tom Wenchell, who will transition to President and Chief Operating Officer, continuing to lead product development, technical operations, and day-to-day business execution.

Jones brings more than 30 years of global MedTech leadership experience, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and President of Boston Scientific’s approximately $3 billion Endoscopy division. In his role, he oversaw global operations spanning research and development, commercial execution, commercialization manufacturing, and strategic business development, driving sustained growth through innovation, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

At RevMedica, Jones will lead the company’s strategic direction as it advances key regulatory and clinical milestones, prepares for limited market release, and builds a scalable commercialization strategy positioning the company for long-term success.
