The new module simplifies secondary transfers, a process that has traditionally relied on extensive paper-based documentation, time consuming reviews and high transaction costs.

The Partner Transfer Module takes advantage of Funded’s unique platform which brings together fund sponsors, fund formation attorneys, and transfer parties in one integrated digital environment that reduces the inefficiencies that currently burden the secondary transfer market.

Funded Partner Transfers simplifies this process through a guided, self-service workflow:

  • Streamlined process for transferees – Transferees submit all required data and supporting documentation directly within Funded, enabling investors with an existing profile to utilize Funded’s investor passport feature to quickly complete the documentation.

  • Frictionless countersignature for transferors – Transferors simply log in to review and counter-sign the Transfer Agreement via Docusign.

  • Full transparency for all stakeholders – Sponsors, attorneys, and transfer parties gain real-time visibility into transfer progress and status from submission through final approval.
