Mr. Colucci is based in CAP’s New York office, where he has spent more than ten years advising compensation committees and senior management on a broad range of executive and non-employee director compensation matters. His expertise includes compensation strategy and benchmarking, annual and long-term incentive plan design, performance measurement, pay-for-performance evaluation, peer group development and non-employee director compensation. Mr. Colucci has experience advising both public and private companies across industries, including consumer products, gaming and entertainment, manufacturing and technology, as well as companies navigating special situations such as spin-offs and IPOs.

Ms. Czyzewski, also based in CAP’s New York office, has been an executive compensation consultant for more than a decade, counseling boards of directors and senior management teams at public, private, and non-profit companies on a wide range of executive and director compensation issues. Her expertise includes developing compensation strategy and competitive pay programs for senior executives and organizations, incentive plan design, equity plan proposals, and drafting compliant compensation-related disclosure. Ms. Czyzewski has worked with clients across industries including technology, insurance and financial services, and biotech and pharma.
