In this role, Davis will focus on enhancing the client experience, strengthening retention and operational performance, and advancing the company’s global delivery capabilities.

Davis brings extensive experience in management consulting, business transformation and private equity. Most recently, he participated in Shore Capital Partners’ CXO Fellows Program, where he led the development of AI governance standards across the firm’s portfolio of more than 60 companies. He also held positions with investment firms EMERGING and Inverness Graham, gaining experience in growth equity, technology-enabled businesses and operational value creation.
